Prices in USD, per family. Your store shows the exact local price and whether you’re eligible for a trial before you subscribe. Trials require payment details and automatically renew at the selected monthly or yearly price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Does everyone need their own subscription?
No. One subscription covers your whole family, up to the members included in your plan. Everyone joins with their own account.
How do the free trials work?
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, the selected plan renews at its monthly or yearly price. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. A family that stops subscribing keeps its data and can carry on within Lite’s limits.
How far ahead can we plan?
The calendar shows upcoming events only: the next 7 days with Lite, 90 days with Plus, or 13 months with Pro. Past events are not accessible on any plan.
What are the Vault and document scans?
Parents on Plus and Pro get a private Vault for household paperwork — warranties, receipts, school letters — that children never see. Scanning reads a document and suggests its details (merchant, amount, dates, warranty expiry) for a parent to review before anything is saved. Plus includes 20 scans a month and a 100 MB Vault; Pro includes 100 scans, 5 GB, and warranty expiry reminders. Extra scan packs are not available yet.
